Geometric Characteristics of Folded Filter Paper
• Before solidification, filter paper should be processed by folding and forming technique. Filter paper is a thermoplastic at the temperature of 20-100ºC before fully solidified. In other word, filter paper can be easily shaped, which can remain unchanged after solidification.
• Please ensure the effectiveness of filter paper and extend its service life under mechanical conditions of vibration andpulsation during the operation of compressor motor and main engine. Raised portion that is called crumple can be pressed into filter paper to maintain the space. Optimized folded filter paper will ensure the maximum filter surface area in relatively small spaces. • Air filter is made of wood pulp filter paper from USA HV Co. and Korea Ahlstrom Co., which can filter out dust, sand, moisture, misty oil in the air.
• Filtration precision ≤ 10µm, efficiency ≥ 99.8%
• Service life of air filter is about 2000h, which mainly depends on its working environment.

Notes
• Air filter should be cleaned through back flowing.
• Filter element's rated capacity of inlet air should be more than main engine's.
• Please select the element with low intake resistance and large dust holding.
• Filter element should be placed in a dry and ventilated place to prevent from moisture and avoid impacting
service life.
